STEP 1

How to fry squid with potatoes in a frying pan? Prepare the products according to the list. Thaw the squid first, take any greens, and choose your favorite spices. Instead of bell pepper, you can use carrots.
STEP 2

Wash the potatoes well, peel them and cut into strips.
STEP 3

Place the potatoes in a heated frying pan with vegetable oil.
STEP 4

Turn the heat on the stove to medium, stir the potatoes periodically, and when ready, remove the pan from the heat.
STEP 5

Peel the onion, wash and cut into half rings.
STEP 6

Fry the onion with vegetable oil in another frying pan until golden brown.
STEP 7

Peel the bell pepper, remove the stem, rinse and cut into thin strips.
STEP 8

Throw the chopped peppers into the onion and add one whole, slightly crushed clove of garlic.
STEP 9

Rinse the squid well, remove films inside and outside, and remove the chitinous plate.
STEP 10

Cut the squid carcasses into thin strips.
STEP 11

Place the squid in the pan with the vegetables and fry in the pan for no more than a minute.
STEP 12

Add the finished potatoes to the squid and vegetables, while laying them out, try not to touch the oil. Stir everything together and fry for another minute. Keep in mind that squid cooks very quickly; 2-3 minutes for defrosted squid will be enough.
STEP 13

Rinse the greens well and chop finely with a knife.
STEP 14

Sprinkle the potatoes and squid with chopped herbs and remove the pan from the heat. Serve the dish immediately to the table hot. Bon appetit!
