Sponge apple pie with sour cream

STEP 1
To prepare a delicious apple pie, prepare the necessary products and spices.
STEP 2
Break four chicken eggs into a deep bowl, then pour two hundred grams of sugar into it.
STEP 3
Add one teaspoon of vanilla sugar to the bowl.
STEP 4
Beat all the ingredients in a bowl very well with a mixer until the egg-sugar mass has at least doubled.
STEP 5
Sift one hundred and seventy grams of wheat flour into a bowl in parts.
STEP 6
Pour one teaspoon of baking powder into a bowl.
STEP 7
Mix the dough in the bowl with a spatula thoroughly.
STEP 8
Grease the sides of a suitable sized pan with a small amount of butter, having previously covered the bottom with baking paper.
STEP 9
Mix the dough in the bowl properly “from top to bottom” one more time.
STEP 10
Place the dough into the mold.
STEP 11
Distribute the dough in the mold in an even layer and set it aside for a few minutes.
STEP 12
We remove the cores of two apples and cut off the skins from them.
STEP 13
Cut the peeled apples into fairly thin slices.
STEP 14
Place the sliced apple slices on a plate, then sprinkle cinnamon on top, sprinkle with lemon juice and stir.
STEP 15
Place the apple slices on top of the dough in an even layer, as close to each other as possible.
STEP 16
Place the pan in an oven preheated to one hundred and seventy-five degrees for forty to forty-five minutes, then take it out and check the cake for doneness with a dry toothpick.
STEP 17
Pour four tablespoons of sour cream on top of the pie, then place the pan in the turned off oven for another five minutes.
STEP 18
Taking the prepared pie out of the oven, remove the pan and place it on a plate, then cut into portions.
