Spiral buns with cinnamon and cottage cheese

STEP 1

Prepare all products.
STEP 2

Add dry yeast and sugar to warm milk.
STEP 3

Add flour and stir. Place the dough in a warm place for 20 minutes.
STEP 4

Mix flour with sugar and salt.
STEP 5

Add sour cream and soft butter, stir until smooth.
STEP 6

Add the dough to the dough, stir. I recommend adding ground cinnamon to the dough to make the buns more flavorful.
STEP 7

Leave the dough warm for 1 hour. It should fill all the dishes.
STEP 8

Mix cottage cheese with egg.
STEP 9

Add sugar, mix the filling until smooth.
STEP 10

Roll out the dough to a thickness of 5 mm and cover with curd filling.
STEP 11

Roll up the roll and cut it into pieces 3-4 cm thick.
STEP 12

Place paper on a baking sheet and grease with oil. Lay out the products. Turn on the oven, preheat to 190 degrees. Add curls and bake until golden brown.
STEP 13

Mix sour cream with sugar.
STEP 14

Place the curls on a plate or board, pour sour cream on top. Can be served with tea. Bon appetit!
