Step-by-step preparation

STEP 1
Measure out the spices, cut the meat into large pieces, and the lard into small cubes.

Pass the meat through a meat grinder.
STEP 3
Add salt, sugar and pepper to the minced meat. Mix the minced meat and spices well with your hands, or better yet, with a blender.
STEP 4
Add cardamom to the minced meat.
STEP 5
Squeeze a clove of garlic into the minced meat and stir. Add in minced meat and pieces of lard. Knead the minced meat one last time until smooth and refrigerate for 1 hour. If necessary, soak the sausage casings.
STEP 6
Form the sticks using a special attachment.
STEP 7
Heat the water to 90 degrees and put the bacon in it for 2 minutes. After this, the pork chops can be cooked - boiled, fried, baked or taken with you outdoors for a fire, barbecue or grill.
