Spicy pumpkin and zucchini caviar

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Peel a piece of pumpkin and cut into large cubes of 3-5 cm. Line a baking tray with baking paper and arrange the pumpkin. Brush it with olive oil. Salt and pepper. Place a head of garlic next to the pumpkin. Bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees
STEP 2

Peel 3 zucchini, cut in half and remove seeds with a spoon.
STEP 3

Brush the zucchini with olive oil and add to the baking sheet with the pumpkin. Bake everything together for another 10 - 15 minutes.
STEP 4

Squeeze the garlic pulp, pumpkin and zucchini into a mixing bowl. Add cilantro or other herbs as desired.
STEP 5

Mix. If necessary, add salt and pepper. Serve as a separate dish or as a side dish.
