Sour cream blueberry muffins

Very easy to prepare, but taste great! I offer you tender, fragrant muffins with a slight sourness from blueberries. The structure of these muffins differs from the usual butter muffins; they are denser, but they are less fatty. Instead of blueberries, you can use another juicy berry - currants, raspberries or cherries. It is not necessary to add liqueur, I just liked its aroma, it is very delicate and sweet, but instead you can add another liqueur or just lemon (orange) zest.

Very, very, very beautiful, Irish! And the light draws a good relief of the cream.

Anahit, thank you very much. I always try to clean out the refrigerator, I don’t like throwing away food (it’s not good, and it’s not economical), but I also don’t like things that sit stale. And the cupcakes turned out very tasty and juicy. Thanks for the congratulations!!! Happy New Year to you too!!! All the best and more

I need to try baking these cupcakes. If they are made without oil, then they should be less caloric. After all, you always want to eat something tasty and not gain weight!
