Soup with meat and champignon beans

STEP 1
We prepare the products according to the list and study the recipe, which tells how to cook mushroom soup with meat.
STEP 2
Sort and wash the beans. We soak it for several hours, I do this in the evening, boil it until tender and let the excess liquid drain. During cooking, do not stir the beans and do not cover the pan with a lid.
STEP 3
You can take any meat, but pork is preferable, however, you can mix it with beef. So, cut the meat into cubes and fry in a thick-walled pan in vegetable oil until browned. Stir, turn the heat to medium. Then pour hot water so that it just covers the meat and simmer until done.
STEP 4
Peel the potatoes, wash them, cut them into cubes and wash them again. Peel the onion and cut into half rings. Peel the carrots and grate them on a coarse grater.
STEP 5
Wash the pepper, remove seeds and cut into strips. Wash and chop the greens. Wash the champignons and cut into thin slices.
STEP 6
Fry the mushrooms in a frying pan with vegetable oil over medium heat, stirring for 5 minutes.
STEP 7
Lay beans, vegetables, except potatoes, mushrooms on the meat in layers, add salt to taste and add spices, add water. Simmer for 15 minutes.
STEP 8
Add potatoes and greens. Reduce the gas to a minimum and simmer until the potatoes are ready - this is about 20 minutes.
STEP 9
Our dish is ready!
