And for me, one of the main traditional components of kharcho soup is plum. Instead of satsebeli, tkemali sauces, and especially tomato paste, I put plum dressing, which I simmer together with onions. In my opinion, this is the highlight of this soup, and therefore it turns out to be unlike others.

I’m not a fan of this soup, but my husband loves it very much, so I had to learn how to cook it, albeit in my own way. I cook it with chicken and don't add nuts. But everything else is practically your recipe. At the same time I use tkemali sauce and tomato paste. I cook the broth spicy, adding crushed black peppercorns. lucylu, after all, tkemal sauce is plum sauce, isn’t it?
