How to cook PP soup with meatballs? We prepare the necessary products and spices. You can use any minced meat for meatballs, for example, chicken or turkey fillet.

Chop and finely chop one onion.

Place the chopped onion in a bowl with half a kilogram of cooked minced meat.

Add salt to the minced meat to taste.

We also add a mixture of black and red peppers to the minced meat to taste.

Mix thoroughly and beat the minced meat in a bowl, then form it into meatballs of the required size.

Roll the formed fifteen meatballs in flour.

Place the meatballs on a suitable plate.

Place a pan of water on the stove and bring to a boil, then put the meatballs in it and stir.

Cover the pan with a lid and cook the meatballs until fully cooked.

Using a curly knife, cut one carrot into small beautiful pieces.

After ten minutes of cooking the meatballs, put the chopped carrots in the pan and again cover the pan with a lid and continue the cooking process.

Using a curly knife, cut three hundred grams of young zucchini into arbitrary and small beautiful pieces.

After ten minutes of cooking the meatballs with carrots, place the chopped zucchini in the pan and continue cooking for another ten minutes.

We chop two hundred grams of washed fresh sorrel quite coarsely.

Add sorrel to a common saucepan and mix all ingredients well.

Cover the pan with a lid and cook the soup for another two minutes.

Finely chop the dill to taste and two cloves of garlic.
STEP 19

Break one chicken egg into a small bowl and mix.
STEP 20

Add the lightly beaten egg to the soup pot.
STEP 21

Mix all ingredients well in the pan.
STEP 22

Add salt to the pan to taste, a mixture of black and red peppers, bay leaf and mix all the ingredients, cover the pan with a lid, then let the soup brew.

Pour the prepared infused soup into bowls, then add chopped dill and garlic to taste.
