Simple apple pie in the oven charlotte

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

How to make a simple apple pie in the oven? Measure out the required ingredients. Take large eggs. Sweet and sour varieties of apples are good for pie. If the apples are small, you can take 3 fruits.
STEP 2

Mix flour with baking powder and sift through a sieve. This will increase the oxygen saturation of the flour, as a result of which the dough will rise better during baking. And the pie will turn out fluffy and airy.
STEP 3

Wash the apples and dry them. Remove seeds from apples. The skin can also be cut off if it is too thick and rough. I didn't peel the skin. Cut the apples into medium cubes.
STEP 4

Combine eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar. Vanilla sugar can be replaced with vanillin. In this case, add vanillin to the flour mixture.
STEP 5

Beat eggs with sugar on high speed mixer until fluffy and light. When the mixer whisks leave visible, clear marks during the beating process, it means that the eggs have been beaten well enough and you can stop beating.
STEP 6

Gradually add sifted flour with baking powder to the beaten egg mixture in small portions. You can do this through a sieve, thereby sifting the flour twice. As you add the flour, mix the dough with a spatula using gentle scooping movements to maintain maximum airiness.
STEP 7

The dough turns out homogeneous, airy, light.
STEP 8

Line the bottom of a baking dish (diameter 22 cm) with parchment. If necessary, grease the parchment with a small amount of oil; there is no need to grease the sides of the pan. Pour a third of the dough into the mold and smooth it out carefully.
STEP 9

Scatter half of the sliced apples on top.
STEP 10

Then place another third of the dough and the remaining apple cubes on top.
STEP 11

Pour in the rest of the dough and smooth it out carefully. You can immediately put all the apples into the dough and mix.
STEP 12

Immediately place the pie in an oven preheated to 180C for about 35-40 minutes. Baking times and modes may vary, depending on how your oven operates. Do not open the oven for the first 25 minutes to prevent the charlotte from settling due to a sudden temperature change. Check readiness with a skewer. If it comes out dry from the middle of the pie, it means the charlotte is ready. Let it sit in the pan for a while, then remove and cool on a wire rack.
STEP 13

Apple pie is ready - quick and delicious! Cut the pie into portions and serve. Bon appetit!
