  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make a simple apple pie in the oven? Measure out the required ingredients. Take large eggs. Sweet and sour varieties of apples are good for pie. If the apples are small, you can take 3 fruits.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Mix flour with baking powder and sift through a sieve. This will increase the oxygen saturation of the flour, as a result of which the dough will rise better during baking. And the pie will turn out fluffy and airy.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Wash the apples and dry them. Remove seeds from apples. The skin can also be cut off if it is too thick and rough. I didn't peel the skin. Cut the apples into medium cubes.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Combine eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar. Vanilla sugar can be replaced with vanillin. In this case, add vanillin to the flour mixture.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Beat eggs with sugar on high speed mixer until fluffy and light. When the mixer whisks leave visible, clear marks during the beating process, it means that the eggs have been beaten well enough and you can stop beating.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Gradually add sifted flour with baking powder to the beaten egg mixture in small portions. You can do this through a sieve, thereby sifting the flour twice. As you add the flour, mix the dough with a spatula using gentle scooping movements to maintain maximum airiness.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

The dough turns out homogeneous, airy, light.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Line the bottom of a baking dish (diameter 22 cm) with parchment. If necessary, grease the parchment with a small amount of oil; there is no need to grease the sides of the pan. Pour a third of the dough into the mold and smooth it out carefully.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Scatter half of the sliced apples on top.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

Then place another third of the dough and the remaining apple cubes on top.

  11. STEP 11

    STEP 11

Pour in the rest of the dough and smooth it out carefully. You can immediately put all the apples into the dough and mix.

  12. STEP 12

    STEP 12

Immediately place the pie in an oven preheated to 180C for about 35-40 minutes. Baking times and modes may vary, depending on how your oven operates. Do not open the oven for the first 25 minutes to prevent the charlotte from settling due to a sudden temperature change. Check readiness with a skewer. If it comes out dry from the middle of the pie, it means the charlotte is ready. Let it sit in the pan for a while, then remove and cool on a wire rack.

  13. STEP 13

    STEP 13

Apple pie is ready - quick and delicious! Cut the pie into portions and serve. Bon appetit!

A simple apple pie in the oven, charlotte, turned out very tasty and aromatic! I added 2 more tablespoons of yogurt to the dough. I took Antonovka apples. These are my favorite apples for baking. It's a shame they're seasonal. Thanks for the recipe!

Hello everyone! I wanted apple pie like my aunt used to make when I was a child. I didn't do magic for long. I added everything that is required. I didn’t achieve any splendor, but the taste was good. Mom, don’t worry. My wife is pregnant, my sister and our daughter and I tried it. Low bow to you. The very first apple pie - quick and delicious! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️🫴

I have prepared quite a few charlottes. But according to this recipe, my charlotte turned out to be pleasantly unusual. Let me start with the fact that the dough for a simple and tasty pie with apples resembles a thick airy soufflé, beautiful and pleasant, perhaps that’s why the apples didn’t settle to the bottom of the mold) I haven’t used crackers for sprinkling before, but in vain. They made the bottom and sides of the pie really crispy. The top crust is very fragile and resembles meringue; in tandem with powdered sugar it turned out very tasty. Inside, the pie turned out juicy thanks to the apples, and the sponge cake was incredibly airy, porous, and soft. My apples came straight from the tree; they have thin skins, so I didn’t peel them. The fresh, fragrant apples in the pie were perfectly baked. Such a simple, but so tasty and aromatic pie, I advise everyone to make it.

Well, I didn’t have time to look back when my friends snapped up a simple charlotte apple pie)) I wanted to take a cross-sectional photo, but it didn’t work out. In general, what I want to say! It turned out VERY tasty, just serve it to guests, despite its simplicity. And it baked well, and rose, and the apples were evenly distributed inside (they usually settle to the bottom). Thanks for the recipe!

I don’t know how I would manage in my life without such a wonderful recipe as Charlotte - it’s a lifesaver for all occasions. One or two and you're done! And what a delicious dish! And the impression from the pie is as if I had been sitting in the kitchen all day and using a bunch of expensive ingredients. Thank you very much for the recipe! Charlotte is just super!
