I prepared Siberian borscht with meatballs and tomato paste with fresh tomatoes, stewing all the vegetables in a frying pan at once - onions, carrots, tomatoes and beets. I added the cabbage at the very end of cooking, since it is now young and boils quickly. The borscht turned out rich, the beans and minced pork meatballs made it very filling. Very tasty borscht!
