STEP 1
To prepare the dough, beat the egg with sugar.

Pour sour cream, egg with sugar, salt, soda, quenched with vinegar, sifted flour into soft margarine.

Knead the dough into a loose dough so that it does not stick to your hands. Place in the refrigerator while you prepare the cream.
STEP 4
Custard: In a thick-walled container, grind the egg and flour well.
STEP 5
Dilute with milk, bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring continuously.

It should look like a thick mass.
STEP 7
Add sugar. Mix. If there are any lumps left, it is better to rub the mixture through a sieve.
STEP 8
Cool the mixture to room temperature. In general, in order for the cream to mix easily, it is necessary that all ingredients be at the same temperature.

Start stirring the butter with a mixer, gradually adding the custard part of the cream, spoon by spoon.

Also, in several stages, stir in boiled condensed milk.
STEP 11
Beat the cream until smooth. Place in the refrigerator.

Grease the basket molds with oil.
STEP 13
Distribute the dough in a thin layer into the molds, bake in a preheated oven at t -180-200` for about 15 minutes.

Remove the baskets from the molds and cool.

If there is a little dough left, you can make handles: roll out a thin rope with your hands, cut, shape into an arc, bake.
STEP 16
Fill the cooled baskets with cream and insert the handles. You can treat your friends.
