STEP 1
Prepare the necessary products.
STEP 2
Dissolve compressed yeast in warm water.
STEP 3
Add sugar and wheat flour, mix well and leave the dough for 25 minutes.
STEP 4
Then pour sunflower oil into the dough and mix.
STEP 5
Whisk the egg until smooth in a separate bowl. Leave half the yolk to lubricate the surface of the products.
STEP 6
Add melted butter and sugar, mix well.
STEP 7
Add flour and salt and place with a spoon.
STEP 8
Knead the dough to a thick consistency.
STEP 9
Leave the dough in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours to rise.
STEP 10
When the dough is ready, you can make the filling. Mix cottage cheese with sugar and sour cream.
STEP 11
Knead the dough and form into 2 sausages. Cut each into 6 pieces.
STEP 12
Roll the pieces into balls. Dip a small glass into the flour and press it into the ball to create an indentation for the filling.
STEP 13
Place the preparations on a baking sheet. It is advisable to place oiled baking paper on a baking sheet. Place curd filling in the center of each product. Leave in a warm place for 15 minutes.
STEP 14
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Brush the shanezhki with egg yolk.
STEP 15
Bake for approximately 25 minutes. In order for the products to brown, they must be left in the switched off oven for 5 minutes.
STEP 16
Transfer the shanezhki to a plate and serve with fruit juice or coffee. Bon appetit!
