    Add a spoonful of sugar and a pinch of salt to the milk. Added salt, on the one hand, accentuates the taste of sugar, but on the other hand, emphasizes the sweetness of the porridge. For my taste, this amount of sugar is quite enough. You are guided by your taste.

    Then add semolina to cold milk. Stir and place the ladle on the fire. If you like thinner porridge, then only 2 tablespoons of cereal will be enough.

    Bring everything to a boil while stirring constantly. When boiling, the porridge will gradually become thick. Boil it literally for 20-30 seconds and remove from heat. Just don’t stop stirring the porridge, otherwise you will get one big lump. Standing and waiting for it to boil for 1-2 minutes is not at all difficult.

    Pour the finished porridge into a prepared plate and help yourself. Semolina porridge is delicious when freshly prepared. If you leave it to cool, it will become thick and, in my opinion, not very tasty.

I made everything according to the recipe. It turned out to be an excellent porridge! No lumps. Moderately sweet. Moderately thick. My aluminum saucepan is too wide, otherwise there were always lumps left somewhere. And so gorgeous, thank you :)

I wanted porridge for breakfast. The best dish is the recipe for semolina porridge without lumps in milk. The milk is fresh, farm-grown, which means it’s fatty and tasty. Butter without additives, from natural cream, salt, sugar and regular semolina. I poured the milk into a saucepan, put salt and sugar, and began to heat it over low heat. I don’t wait for the milk to boil, but just heat it until it’s hot, otherwise it will taste boiled, and I don’t like that. Then I pour the semolina into the hot milk in a very thin stream, continuously stirring the milk with a spoon, literally 1-2 minutes, and the semolina porridge begins to thicken, and I immediately remove the pan from the heat. Indeed, freshly prepared porridge is very tasty, and there are no lumps. I also added a piece of butter and chopped a sweet apple. Thanks for the recipe.

We love semolina porridge very much, so I cook it often. I heard about this method a long time ago, but I haven’t tried cooking this way myself. I tried it today and was very pleased. For me, the most pleasant thing is that you don’t have to stand at the stove and seize the moment so that the milk doesn’t run away before adding the semolina. Semolina mixed with milk when cold does not rise above the pan) And the porridge cooks much faster and without lumps. I took two spoons of semolina for the same amount of milk. It turned out to be just the perfect consistency for me. This amount was enough for two small servings. The porridge itself is very tasty and tender.
