STEP 1

How to cook semolina porridge in milk without lumps? To prepare semolina porridge, prepare all the ingredients. Milk for porridge can be used at any fat content. But if you are on a diet, then use less fat milk.
STEP 2

To cook porridge, it is convenient to use aluminum cookware or a pan with a thick bottom. Mine is an aluminum bucket. Enameled porridge may burn. Pour the required amount of milk into the ladle.
STEP 3

Add a spoonful of sugar and a pinch of salt to the milk. Added salt, on the one hand, accentuates the taste of sugar, but on the other hand, emphasizes the sweetness of the porridge. For my taste, this amount of sugar is quite enough. You are guided by your taste.
STEP 4

Then add semolina to cold milk. Stir and place the ladle on the fire. If you like thinner porridge, then only 2 tablespoons of cereal will be enough.
STEP 5

Bring everything to a boil while stirring constantly. When boiling, the porridge will gradually become thick. Boil it literally for 20-30 seconds and remove from heat. Just don’t stop stirring the porridge, otherwise you will get one big lump. Standing and waiting for it to boil for 1-2 minutes is not at all difficult.
STEP 6

Pour the finished porridge into a prepared plate and help yourself. Semolina porridge is delicious when freshly prepared. If you leave it to cool, it will become thick and, in my opinion, not very tasty.
STEP 7

Add hot porridge without lumps with a small amount of butter or fresh berries. Bon appetit!
