    Boil the remaining two eggs for 9 minutes, then cover them with ice water. Leave for a couple of minutes, then drain the water. Peel the shells from the eggs; they will come off very easily due to temperature changes.

    Divide the minced meat into 2 parts. Make a flat cake from one part and place an egg inside. Form a cutlet by covering the egg with minced meat on all sides.

I wanted to try making a Scotch egg. It turns out beautiful! Instead of minced chicken I used beef. The cooking time was increased accordingly by 15 minutes. For the filling, in addition to chicken eggs, I also took a couple of quail eggs. I took the quail out of the oven early. I added parsley and grated onions to the minced meat. It was convenient to wrap eggs with it. But my yolk mixture turned out thick, I would add half the white for convenience. I really liked the result! A golden brown, crispy crust formed on top. Next is a layer of juicy meat and a nutritious egg filling! It's delicious and filling! These eggs can also be served in portions, making an original appetizer or even a main course.
