STEP 1
Let's start preparing pork schnitzel by preparing all the ingredients.

Cut the pork into pieces 1.5-2 cm thick.
STEP 3
Lightly beat the meat with a kitchen hammer.
STEP 4
Marinate the chopped pieces of pork in mayonnaise for 1 hour.
STEP 5
Finely chop the garlic.

Mix flour with salt, coriander and ground black pepper.
STEP 7
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Dredge the pork in flour and sprinkle garlic on top. Place the meat on a baking sheet lined with parchment and greased with sunflower oil. Place the schnitzels in the oven for 40 minutes.
