I wanted to put a plate of delicious sandwiches on the holiday table. I started looking for a suitable option on my favorite website and found a recipe for sandwiches with sprats, eggs and pickled cucumber. I liked the combination in advance, and the photos are also delicious) For the sandwiches I took a regular white baguette. I mixed grated eggs with delicious lemon mayonnaise. The sprats in the jar turned out to be plump and caviar. I laid them out on a paper towel and also blotted the top to remove excess oil. And I wanted to take not ordinary cucumbers, but sour gherkins. I cut them diagonally and laid them on top of the filling. I decorated all this deliciousness with young arugula leaves.
