STEP 1

How to make sandwiches with champignons? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. You can use any type of bread to make sandwiches. Focus on your taste. I take a few slices of white bread. Remove the cream cheese from the refrigerator in advance so that it warms up a little. This will make it easier to smear.
STEP 2

Peel the onion and rinse in cold water. Then cut the peeled onion into half rings or a little smaller.
STEP 3

Rinse the champignons well in running water to remove any dirt. Then cut the mushrooms into slices.
STEP 4

Heat a frying pan until hot and pour a little vegetable oil on it. Add the chopped onion and fry for a minute until it becomes translucent. Frying onions will produce a characteristic aroma.
STEP 5

Then place the chopped champignons in the pan. Stir together with the onion and fry everything together under the lid for 5-7 minutes. When frying, the champignons will release juice. But during cooking it will evaporate. Sprinkle the champignons with a little salt.

Spread the bread slices with cream cheese. If desired, the bread can be dried a little in the oven or fried in a frying pan.

Place a lettuce leaf on each slice of bread.
