Any cheese is suitable for this dish - hard, semi-hard, soft, such as mozzarella. The main thing is that it is tasty, of high quality, without milk fat substitutes and melts well. Use greens according to your taste, I used parsley.

    Wash the tomato, dry it and cut into thin slices. If using cherry tomatoes, cut them in half.

    Wash the greens well and dry so that excess moisture does not spoil the dish. Tear off the leaves and chop them finely with a sharp knife.

    Wash the eggs thoroughly, dry them and beat them into a bowl. Salt them to taste. Beat the eggs thoroughly with a fork or whisk until smooth.

I love this skillet egg and cheese sandwich! I didn’t even think that it was possible to prepare it in such an interesting way. I did everything according to the recipe, by the way, thanks for the detailed instructions. The cooking process itself is very exciting) I put slices of processed cheese, tomatoes and green onions into the filling. While folding the sandwich, I tucked the remaining egg inside, it turned out neat. I also liked the toasted bread, apparently some kind of special toaster bread, designed specifically for toasting. The crust turned out beautiful, golden brown. The sandwich is wonderful, juicy, soft on the inside and crispy on the outside! It is very tasty! Plus it's filling and nutritious.
