Salad with tuna, Chinese cabbage, avocado and cherry tomatoes

STEP 1

Prepare all the ingredients needed to make the salad. From the greens I took dill, you can also use parsley and green young onions. Peel the avocado and shallots. Drain the brine from the mozzarella cheese and remove the outer hard leaves from the cabbage. Rinse all vegetables and herbs under running clean water.
STEP 2

Chop the Beijing cabbage into thin strips. Not only thin young leaves are suitable for salad, but also thicker ones.
STEP 3

Cut the ball of mozzarella cheese into small cubes, cut the onion into thin half rings or rings, and add everything to the cabbage.
STEP 4

Dry the tomatoes with paper napkins, cut half of the mini tomatoes in half, leave the rest whole, this will make the salad look more beautiful and appetizing. Add tomatoes to salad bowl.
STEP 5

Chop the avocado into small cubes; you can mash the pulp into small pieces with a fork. Add avocado to all ingredients.
STEP 6

Mash the canned tuna into pieces with a fork and add to the salad. I had tuna in oil, so I didn’t dress the finished salad. If you use canned food in its own juice, season the finished salad with a small amount of vegetable or olive oil.
STEP 7

The finishing touches remain. Finely chop the greens and add to the salad bowl. Salt and pepper to taste.
STEP 8

Mix the salad well before serving. Taste the salt again and add more salt if necessary. You can serve it to the table!
