STEP 1
How to make a salad with squid and corn? To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. You can replace boiled squids with canned ones. Eggs are needed large, selected. If the eggs are small, take 4 pieces. You can change the proportions of ingredients to your taste.
STEP 2
Peel the squid from the skin, internal films, remove the chitinous plate and entrails. Rinse thoroughly. If the squids are frozen, defrost them first, but not completely - frozen squids are easier to clean. Boil the squid in salted boiling water for 1-2 minutes, no longer, otherwise they will become rubbery and tasteless. Cool the finished squids and cut into strips.
STEP 3
Boil the eggs hard, cool and peel. Also cut the eggs into strips.
STEP 4
Drain canned corn. Dry the grains.
STEP 5
Rinse the parsley, shake off moisture and finely chop. If you wish, you can replace or supplement with other herbs, for example, dill, green onions, or use a mixture of different herbs.
STEP 6
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise with mustard. You can use Russian, Dijon or French mustard.
STEP 7
In a bowl, combine squid, canned corn, eggs and some chopped herbs.
STEP 8
Season the salad with mayonnaise and mustard and mix. You can season with salt and pepper if you wish, but I usually don't add spices to salads with mayonnaise. Moreover, mustard already adds piquancy to the salad.
STEP 9
Sprinkle the remaining parsley on top of the salad and serve. Bon appetit!
