    Cut the tomato into cubes, slightly larger than the sausage, and add to the bowl with the sausage. You need to take a strong tomato, preferably with a minimum of seeds inside. If desired, you can simply remove them, but usually they do not interfere.

    Peel the onion and chop finely. You can take not only regular onions, but red or white are also suitable. If you only have onions and they are very spicy, pour boiling water over them and let the water drain. Add the onions to the salad bowl.

    Peel the cooled eggs and cut them into cubes. Add them to the bowl with the sausage and vegetables. Never put warm or hot food in salad, it will spoil very quickly.

I liked the recipe for a salad with smoked sausage and tomatoes. She made me and my husband a portion of this lard for dinner. Only the smoked sausage was replaced with boiled one. The taste will be much more interesting with smoked one, of course). My tomatoes are yellow and very juicy. If I were making this salad for a holiday table, I would remove the seeds. But for myself, I chopped tomatoes directly with seeds, because we really love salad juice! Eggs and sausage cut into cubes. Dice the onion into small cubes, pour boiling water over it to remove the bitterness, and then rinse with cold boiled water and squeeze. Thus, the onion became not bitter at all, but rather spicy. At the same time, it remained crispy and juicy. The salad is delicious, satisfying, fresh, aromatic thanks to parsley! By the way, before cutting, I crushed the parsley in my hands so that it would become juicier, softer and have a smell. I’ll take note of this simple and quick to prepare salad!
