Salad with smoked chicken, pineapple cheese and corn

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

How to make a salad with smoked chicken, pineapple, cheese and corn? Very simple and fast. To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. You can use smoked chicken meat from the breast, legs or drumsticks. Which is better - choose according to your taste. You can use store-bought or homemade mayonnaise.
STEP 2

Use your hands to separate the smoked chicken into fibers, removing the skin. I took half a smoked breast.
STEP 3

Drain liquid from canned pineapples and dry. If the pineapples are rings, then cut them into small pieces. It is advisable to lightly squeeze the pineapples so that the salad is not watery.
STEP 4

Finely chop the Beijing cabbage. To make the salad more delicate in structure, it is better to take the green part of the leaf and cut off the white part.
STEP 5

Boil the carrots in their skins until tender. Then peel and grate on a coarse grater.
STEP 6

Boil the eggs hard-boiled, cool, peel and grate on a coarse grater. If you wish, you can separate the eggs into whites and yolks and grate them separately. And then decorate them in separate layers.
STEP 7

Drain liquid from canned corn and dry the grains.
STEP 8

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
STEP 9

You can simply place all the ingredients in layers in a salad bowl, but I prefer to make the salad in a cooking ring (Ø 16-18 cm) so that all the layers are visible. Place the pineapples in the first layer and pour mayonnaise over them. I put the mayonnaise into a piping bag and cut off the tip. It's more convenient than using a spoon.
STEP 10

Spread the smoked chicken in the next layer and pour mayonnaise on top. Try to compact each layer better, so the salad will not fall apart as soon as you remove the culinary ring. If desired, you can sprinkle some layers with salt and pepper. I usually don't add spices to salads with mayonnaise.
STEP 11

Next - grated eggs and mayonnaise.
STEP 12

Next are grated carrots, which also need to be poured with mayonnaise.
STEP 13

Spread the canned corn over the carrots and lightly press into the previous layer to secure the kernels. It is not necessary to top the corn with mayonnaise.
STEP 14

Sprinkle everything with grated cheese on top and make a mesh of mayonnaise.
STEP 15

The last layer is chopped Chinese cabbage. You don’t need to top it with mayonnaise. You can put the ingredients in a different order to your liking. If you don’t have the time or opportunity to form the salad in a ring, you can simply mix everything in a salad bowl and top it with mayonnaise.
STEP 16

Decorate the finished salad with pineapples, corn kernels, fresh herbs and bright berries. Place the salad in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Before serving, carefully remove the cooking ring. Bon appetit!
