Salad with shrimp and cheese omelette
No one can resist this colorful holiday salad! The salad turns out tasty, light and at the same time, thanks to the omelet, satisfying. You can also use just mayonnaise as a dressing if you like it. Ingredients are for 1 large or 2 medium servings. Help yourself!

Step-by-step preparation

STEP 1
Ingredients for salad.
STEP 2
First, prepare the dressing, mix together the oil, lemon juice, mustard and add salt and pepper to taste, mix thoroughly. The gas station is ready.
STEP 3
For the omelet, mix the egg, milk, grated cheese, finely chopped herbs, salt and pepper. Stir and fry 1 thin pancake in vegetable oil.
STEP 4
Cut the finished pancake into squares.
STEP 5
Boil frozen shrimp in boiling salted water for 1 minute and peel.
STEP 6
Cut radishes into slices, cherry tomatoes into 2-4 parts depending on size, finely chop green onions.
STEP 7
Assemble the salad: place clean and dry lettuce leaves on the bottom of the plate, add shrimp, cherry tomatoes, radishes, scrambled eggs and green onions. Pour the dressing over the salad and serve.

A salad worth five points no less! Firstly, it’s very tasty, secondly, it’s healthy, and thirdly, it’s very easy to prepare.
