    Take a purple onion, peel, rinse, dry, cut into half rings. Place in bowl with beans. You can also use regular onions.

    Wash the red bell pepper, dry it, remove the stem and seeds. Cut into strips and place in a bowl with the previously prepared ingredients. You can use any color of bell pepper, I used red. For a spicy taste, if desired, you can add 1/4 of a pod of hot pepper or chili pepper. Cut it into thin strips. It is better to work with hot peppers with gloves, as they can burn the skin of your hands and cause a burning sensation.

    Peel the garlic cloves, pass through a press or chop very finely with a knife. Add to salad.

    Boil the beef in advance. Cut the cold boiled beef into thin strips. Add to bowl with other chopped ingredients.

    Heat the walnuts in a dry frying pan (roasted nuts reveal their aroma better). Chop them with a knife and add to the salad. Set the bowl of salad aside, now let's make the dressing.

    How to make salad dressing? To do this, mix vegetable oil, wine vinegar, suneli hops and salt. Stir. You can take any vegetable oil, sunflower or olive, choose to your taste. Vinegar can be replaced with regular table vinegar. You can also choose spices to suit your taste.

This salad is a self-sufficient dish and does not need any additions. I also prepare Tbilisi salad from beans and beef. Great recipe too!

Salad with red beans and beef - appetizing, filling, juicy and very tasty! The beef was pre-boiled and judged. I have canned beans, from which I drained the liquid and rinsed them. Pepper cut into strips. Lightly fried the nuts and finely chopped them. Cut the red onion into thin half rings. I put beans, onions, peppers, meat cut into strips and nuts in a salad bowl. For the dressing I used vegetable oil, wine vinegar and salt. Combined all the ingredients, added dressing, parsley and stirred. The delicious salad is ready!
