STEP 1
How to make salad with egg pancakes and sausage? Prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. Start preparing the salad with egg pancakes. They need large, selected eggs. If the eggs are small, take 5 pieces.
STEP 2
Break the eggs into a bowl. Salt, pepper and whisk until smooth. You can add 1 tbsp to the egg mixture. l. flour and mix. If you wish, you can beat the eggs with the addition of milk, cream or mayonnaise. With milk or cream, pancakes are more delicate in taste and texture. With mayonnaise, the pancakes will turn out a little salty and more elastic. Therefore, you can choose for yourself which result you need most.
STEP 3
In a frying pan in vegetable oil, fry 3-4 thin pancakes on both sides until golden brown. In my experience, it is more convenient to bake such pancakes in a small-diameter frying pan. Because unlike regular flour pancakes, egg pancakes are more tender and, with a large diameter, can tear during turning.
STEP 4
Transfer the finished egg pancakes to a plate and cool. Then cut into strips.
STEP 5
Peel the smoked sausage from the factory film and cut into thin strips. I used raw smoked sausage, but you can use half-smoked, cooked-smoked or boiled - as you prefer.
STEP 6
Wash the cucumber and dry it. Cut into strips. The skin, if it is not rough, damaged or bitter, does not need to be cut off.
STEP 7
Wash the dill, dry and finely chop. If you wish, you can replace or supplement with other herbs, for example, parsley, cilantro, green onions, or use a mixture of different herbs.
STEP 8
In a bowl, combine egg pancakes, smoked sausage, cucumber, pressed garlic and herbs.
STEP 9
Season the salad with sour cream and mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste and mix gently.
STEP 10
Place the salad in a heap on a plate and serve, garnished with fresh herbs. Bon appetit!
