My whole family liked this very tasty and easy-to-prepare salad with pancakes and sausage. And it’s ready in just a few minutes! While the pancakes were frying, I cut cucumbers and sausage. By the way, to prevent the cucumbers from making the salad watery, after slicing, I salted them and left them for about five minutes. After that, lightly squeezed out the moisture and dried with a paper towel. I got three pancakes. I made them thick so that when cutting all the products would be the same thickness. Dressed the salad with mayonnaise and garlic. The salad is hearty and yet has a fresh touch. Garlic comes in very handy here, it flavors well and adds a little spice. I didn’t add any greens; my daughter liked this delicious salad, but she doesn’t like greens)

I liked the recipe for Salad with Pancakes and Sausage so much, I rushed to cook it, but there was no sausage, but there was bacon. I fried it and used it instead of sausage. By the way, you can add grated cheese, chopped herbs, and pepper to the egg mixture - the taste of the salad will be renewed.
