STEP 1
How to make a salad with liver and Korean carrots? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. To prepare the salad, you can use any type of liver. I take pork liver. Boil the eggs in boiling water for 7-8 minutes. Then drain the hot water and cool the eggs in cold water.
STEP 2
For the salad, the liver must be boiled in advance. Bring the water to a boil. Add a few peppercorns and a bay leaf to it. Place the washed liver in boiling water. Bring everything to a boil again. Cook over low heat for 30-40 minutes (depending on the thickness and size of the piece). At the end of cooking, add a little salt. The finished liver will be uniformly gray when broken. Cool the liver completely.
STEP 3
Peel the onion and rinse in cold water. Cut the onion into half rings or a little smaller. Pour vinegar and water and leave to marinate while the liver cooks. Then drain all the liquid from the onion.
STEP 4
Peel the cooled eggs from their shells. Cut the liver into strips and place in a bowl in which you will prepare the salad.
STEP 5
Also cut the pickled cucumbers into strips. Send them into the bowl to the liver.
STEP 6
Add Korean carrots and chopped boiled eggs to the salad. It is very convenient to cut eggs using an egg slicer.
STEP 7
Next add pickled onions.
STEP 8
Finely chop the fresh herbs. It could be dill, parsley or green onions. Season all ingredients with mayonnaise and mix.
STEP 9
Salad with liver and Korean carrots is ready! Cool it slightly before serving so that all ingredients are at the same temperature. Transfer the salad to a suitable salad bowl and serve. Bon appetit!
