STEP 1

You will need a juicy apple (preferably choose a variety that is not very sour and not very sweet), fresh cucumber, juicy crispy celery stalks, as well as natural fresh yogurt without additives or fillers for dressing.
STEP 2

Rinse the cucumber thoroughly, cut off the ends, cut the cucumber into medium-sized cubes and place in a bowl where the salad will be prepared. If the skin of the cucumber is hard or bitter, then it is better to cut it off.
