Just reading the recipe for a salad with cucumber, apple and celery, you understand what a healthy, light and tasty dish it will turn out to be! Instead of yogurt, I took low-fat sour cream. I didn’t have fresh dill, but I always have a supply of freshly frozen dill in the freezer; I mixed it with sour cream for a more even distribution in the salad. Peeled the apple.
