And I think that the onion enhanced the taste of all the ingredients; they seemed to sparkle with new colors. The salad was prepared from tomatoes, eggs, onions, Chinese cabbage and canned corn. I pre-cut the onion and marinated it in 9% vinegar. I finely chopped the Beijing cabbage. Cut tomatoes and boiled eggs into large slices. I really liked the large chopped tomatoes and eggs in the salad. You could feel both the taste of the product and the sauce enveloping it. Just great!
