I noticed the salad with Chinese cabbage, sausage, cucumber and corn right away. My husband loves crispy salads, but tries to avoid mayonnaise. Therefore, I seasoned the salad with olive oil and a mixture of freshly ground peppers. It turned out very well! I cut the cabbage into small cubes. I cut the sausage, eggs and cucumber into cubes and added sweet corn. All you have to do is stir and the salad is ready. Everything is fast and simple.
