STEP 1
How to make a delicious salad with chicken, mushrooms, tomatoes and cheese? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Take fillet from any part of the chicken; breast is best. Choose tomatoes that are small, juicy, but firm. Soft fruits do not hold their shape well; during the cutting process they will spread into a shapeless mass and spoil the appearance of the salad. Take champignons of medium size, snow-white color without spots, damage, or the smell of rot. Any cheese will suit me
STEP 2
Thoroughly rinse the mushrooms from soil under running warm or cold water. Cut out damaged areas, if any. Miniature mushrooms up to 2 cm in size do not need to be cleaned; just rinse them well. Remove membranes from larger champignons.
STEP 3
Rinse the chicken fillet under running water, place in a pan of water and bring to a boil. Cook over medium heat for 20 minutes after boiling. Then drain the water and cool the chicken fillet completely. Boil the champignons for 10 minutes after boiling and cool.
STEP 4
Wash the tomatoes, remove the stems and cut into medium slices.
STEP 5
Cut the cheese into medium-sized cubes.
STEP 6
Cut the cooled champignons along the stem into several pieces approximately the same size as the tomatoes.
STEP 7
Cut the cooled chicken fillet into medium slices across the grain.
STEP 8
Prepare the dressing. To do this, prepare the necessary ingredients. You can make your own lemon juice by squeezing a lemon. Instead of black pepper, you can use a mixture of peppers. The dressing will be tastier if you use freshly ground pepper. Any greens will do - spinach, cilantro, dill, parsley and others.
STEP 9
In a small deep container, mix oil and lemon juice, add pepper and salt. If you used salted cheese to prepare the salad, do not add salt to the dressing.
STEP 10
Remove limp leaves and hard stems from the greens, rinse and dry.
STEP 11
Mix all the ingredients and try the salad.
