STEP 1

How to make a salad with canned saury, cucumber and egg? Prepare the indicated products for the salad. Take fresh cucumbers and eggs, saury or other similar fish in oil that you like the taste of. Also choose mayonnaise according to your preferences: you can use low-calorie or quail egg mayonnaise, or it’s better to cook it yourself.
STEP 2

Open a can of canned saury, drain the liquid, transfer the fish to a plate and mash it with a fork until smooth.
STEP 3

Wash the cucumbers and dry with a towel. If the skin of cucumbers is hard, then it is better to cut it off. And if the skin is thin, then you can leave it, so the salad will turn out brighter. Grate the cucumbers on a coarse grater, add salt and mix the mixture. Leave for 10 minutes and then squeeze the cucumber mixture well with your hands.
STEP 4

Boil chicken eggs for 10 minutes, cover with cold water, and then peel off the shell. Grate the eggs on a coarse grater.
STEP 5

Wash the green onions, dry them and chop them into small pieces.
STEP 6

Place a serving ring on a plate. Spread the saury in the first layer, lightly press the pieces with a spoon and brush with mayonnaise.

Spread the cucumbers in a second layer, press down a little and brush with mayonnaise.
STEP 8

Spread the eggs in a third layer, press with a spoon and brush with mayonnaise.
STEP 9

Remove the serving ring. Top the salad with green onions.
STEP 10

Salad ready. Serve it to the table immediately.
