STEP 1
How to make a salad with canned saury and rice? Prepare your food. You can use any rice, but I prefer steamed long-grain rice - it does not boil so much and retains its shape when mixed with other ingredients. First boil it in salted water until tender, see the packaging for the time. Place the finished rice in a colander and cool.
STEP 2
It is preferable to choose saury in its own juice - it has less calories. But, in the absence of that, saury in oil will do. Remove the fish from the jar, shake off the liquid and mash with a fork.
STEP 3
Hard-boil the eggs, cool and peel them. Cut them into small cubes.
STEP 4
Grate the cheese on a medium grater. The main thing when choosing cheese is its taste. In addition, it must be natural, without milk fat substitutes.
STEP 5
Wash the dill, dry and finely chop. In addition to dill, green onions work well in this salad.
STEP 6
In a salad bowl, combine saury, rice, eggs, cheese and dill.
STEP 7
Season the salad with mayonnaise. You can make mayonnaise yourself.
STEP 8
