I wanted a salad with canned fish. Having searched the site for recipes, I found a salad with canned saury and rice. The composition is simple, but the salad turned out to be very tasty! I boiled the eggs in advance so that they cooled and were easy to cut into cubes. I chose rice for the salad “for pilaf”. The grains remain intact, but at the same time soft. My cheese is Russian, I chose a delicious one. The fish was broken into pieces, removing the backbone. Seasoned everything with olive mayonnaise and pepper. Rice and canned fish go well together, especially after soaking in the refrigerator. Eggs and cheese also fit perfectly into this hearty salad!
