You can replace cherry tomatoes with regular firm, ripe tomatoes. In addition to the indicated spices, you can use your own to taste, for example, a mixture of Provençal or Italian herbs. You can take the seeds salted or unsalted.

    Wash the cherry tomatoes, dry and cut in half. Choose tomatoes that are juicy but firm. Soft fruits do not hold their shape well; during cutting and cooking, they will spread into a shapeless mass and spoil the appearance of the dish.

    Wash the broccoli and separate it into florets. If you use frozen cabbage, you do not need to defrost it first.

    Boil the cabbage in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes until tender. The exact time depends on the size of the inflorescences and the degree of heating.

    Now prepare all the ingredients for the dressing. You can replace the cheese with any soft cheese: feta, sirtaki, Adyghe, cottage cheese, melted cream, etc. You can replace the sour cream with Greek yogurt without additives. The fat content of sour cream does not matter. I have 15%.
