I saw an interesting salad with beans, Korean carrots and croutons and prepared it for variety. I had less cheese than recommended, but it still turned out delicious. I fried the crackers myself in a frying pan. I cut a piece of bread into squares and fried it in sunflower oil until golden brown. I didn’t add any spices to the crackers, although I could have sprinkled them with something. The products combine interestingly with each other. The result was a very original salad that the whole family approved of. The children, of course, liked the croutons the most) Thanks for the recipe!
