  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

The photo shows the main products that will be needed to prepare a fresh, tasty, vitamin-rich salad. Wash all vegetables thoroughly.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Cut the Chinese cabbage into strips, make the strips thinner, it will be much tastier.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Chop the green salad leaves as desired and add to the cabbage. Lettuce leaves, regular leaf lettuce, Iceberg or Romaine work well in a salad.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Cut the red onion into half rings or rings. Instead of red onions, you can use shallots or white salad onions. These varieties go well with vegetables, have a milder taste and are not very bitter.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Next, place the cucumber, cut into thin slices, and cherry tomatoes into the salad bowl. Halve some tomatoes and leave a few whole, this will make the salad look more beautiful. If you don't have cherry tomatoes on hand, use regular tomatoes. Take seasonal juicy, fleshy vegetables, they are sweeter in taste and more aromatic.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and cut the fruit into small cubes. You can also mash the avocado into small pieces using a fork.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Cut the pickled cheese into pieces of different sizes or mash it with your fingers (I often chop it with my hands). You can take feta cheese, Adyghe cheese or any other salty cheese. Add to salad.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Finely chop the greens and add to the salad bowl (I usually use dill and parsley). Salt and pepper to taste and pour vegetable oil on top.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Mix everything well. Sprinkle with allspice or ground black pepper before serving, if desired. Salad ready!
