I was a little surprised by the dressing - usually yoghurt is replaced with mayonnaise or sour cream to reduce the fat content of the dish. and here - yogurt is diluted with olive oil! and what happens? those same calories are back again! I’ve never mixed it like this, I’ll have to try it, maybe it turns out delicious. I was pleased with the mustard in the dressing - it adds its own flavor. For some time now, having tried mustard in the dressing, now I try to stick it wherever possible

The salad is certainly interesting, unusual, but I can’t classify it as “light and for lovers of healthy food”... maybe I’m wrong, but where pork is no longer a light food). And the dressing, in my opinion, does not correspond to the indicator of healthy food. But if you throw all that away and just make a salad and taste it, it turns out great. I liked it, thank you.
