Salad shrimp tomatoes Chinese cabbage

Delicious original salad for any feast! A very light shrimp and bok choy salad. I really like this salad because it doesn’t contain any particularly high-calorie foods and you can eat it any day in any quantity. All ingredients for making shrimp and Chinese cabbage salad are absolutely available, if there is a good grocery store in your city, of course. I would like to immediately say a few words about shrimp. They must be sold frozen, uncooked. If the shrimp were boiled before freezing, then this salad will not have any taste.

I buy something similar for lunch at a cafe. I love. Chinese cabbage adds an interesting flavor profile. And the main thing is that the shrimp are tasty, otherwise, you are right - the salad has no taste. I was convinced of this when I tried this salad not in my favorite cafe. THERE were vacuum boiled ones, not tasty at all. I'll have to make this salad at home.

Nata, did you have a typo regarding the amount of Parmesan? 200 grams of this cheese in grated form is a huge dose; it will overwhelm the taste of all other products (at least if it is Italian Parmesan and not some Lithuanian one). In addition, it cannot be called low-calorie, about 450 calories per 100 grams. It seems to me that such an amount of cheese negates the dietary value of everything else.
