STEP 1

How to make a salad with shrimp, squid and crab sticks? Prepare the following ingredients. Remove squid, shrimp and crab sticks from the freezer in advance so that they have time to defrost. Wash the cucumbers for the salad, dry them and trim the edges. Be sure to try the cucumber to see if it is bitter; such a fruit can ruin the salad. Cut the cucumbers into small cubes and place them in a salad bowl.
STEP 2

Scald the thawed squids with boiling water and remove the skin. Clean the carcass from the innards and chord - the hard plate, then rinse the squid with running water. Place the carcasses in boiling salted water and boil them for no more than three minutes (otherwise the squid will be tough). Remove the boiled squid from the boiling water and cool it, then cut into thin strips. Place in a bowl with the cucumbers.
STEP 3

Remove the defrosted crab sticks from the packaging and remove the film from them. The film in which each crab stick is wrapped is sometimes difficult to remove. To make the process easier, hold the chopsticks over the steam for 1-3 seconds. Cut the sticks into small cubes. Place them in a salad bowl with the previously prepared ingredients.
STEP 4

Boil the eggs. How to hard boil eggs? To prevent eggs from cracking during cooking, place them in cold water and cook over low heat. Boil the eggs for 9 minutes after boiling, then cover with cold water and cool. The shell will be better cleaned from a sharp temperature change. Peel them and cut them into cubes. Add chopped eggs to the salad bowl.
STEP 5

Shrimp are usually sold already boiled. They just need to be defrosted and cleaned. But it’s also better to immerse them, like squid, in boiling water for a couple of minutes - they will taste better. Then peel the shrimp from the shell, tail and entrails. Add to salad. Also add mayonnaise (you can use a mixture of sour cream and mayonnaise) and salt to the salad. Do not oversalt the salad; mayonnaise already contains salt.
STEP 6

If desired, for spiciness, you can add onions to the salad; to do this, you need to finely chop them. You can serve the finished salad immediately, or you can cool it in the refrigerator before serving. Bon appetit!
