STEP 1
How to make a salad with rice, corn and egg? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. For salad I use long grain rice. It marries less and turns out more crumbly compared to round grain. Open the corn and drain the liquid.
STEP 2
Place the rice in boiling water and cook until done according to the instructions on the package. Cooking time will vary depending on the type of rice. This usually takes 20-25 minutes. The finished rice should be soft. Place the cooked rice in a colander and rinse with cold water. The rice turns out crumbly.
STEP 3
Boil the eggs in boiling water for 7-8 minutes in advance. Then drain the hot water and cool the eggs in cold water. Peel the cooled eggs from their shells.
STEP 4
Place the required amount of rice in the salad bowl. Add chopped eggs.
STEP 5
Next add canned corn.
STEP 6
Season the salad with a small amount of mayonnaise. Don't add too much so that the salad doesn't swim in it.
STEP 7
Mix all ingredients together. Salad ready! Can be served. The salad can be placed in portions or in a common salad bowl. Bon appetit!
