I really love salads that are quick and easy to prepare. Salad with rice, corn, and egg is just like that. Although it takes time to boil the rice and eggs, active participation in the preparation is minimal. You only need to cut the eggs (which takes less than a minute). All that remains is to mix all the ingredients. The salad consists of only three ingredients (not counting mayonnaise), but its taste is not inferior to more complex salads to prepare.
