I prepared a salad of cucumbers and tomatoes with herbs for lunch. Although I make similar salads from fresh vegetables for dinner and just for a snack. It perfectly satisfies hunger, healthy and tasty. This time we used cucumbers and tomatoes, these are the main components. I liked cutting these vegetables into large pieces, it looks beautiful. I also liked that the vegetables were salted in layers. This way, more juice is actually released and the tomatoes and cucumbers themselves become tastier. For greens, I also have green onions and tender leaves of cilantro and parsley. All this is very aromatic, especially during slicing. I put the garlic through a press, and then squeezed out the juice through cheesecloth, because not everyone likes pieces getting on the clove. But the pungent aroma and taste of young garlic complements juicy vegetables very well. I seasoned it with unrefined mustard oil. Great salad! Delicious, bright, juicy! And most importantly, you get a lot of delicious juice into which you can dip a piece of white loaf!
