Lagoon salad is perfect for fish salad lovers! It perfectly combines lightly salted salmon and fresh cucumber against a background of boiled vegetables. Beautiful, this can also be served on a holiday table. Despite the salted fish and mayonnaise, I added salt to my taste. I really liked the salad fresh, but after it stood and steeped, its taste changed and became less expressive. Next time I’ll either make it in layers, or place the fish separately on top of the salad, but I’ll definitely repeat the recipe. Thank you!
