Salad Inspiration with chicken

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Ingredients. Pre-boil and cool the chicken fillet, beets, carrots, eggs. I salt the water when cooking, so I don’t salt the layers when laying them out.
STEP 2
From one beet, thinly cut several circles for the rose. Grate the rest on a coarse grater.
STEP 3
Cut thin strips from the carrots to decorate the salad, grate the rest on a large grater.
STEP 4
1st layer - grated beets and mayonnaise mesh.
STEP 5
2nd layer - grated carrots and mayonnaise mesh.
STEP 6
3rd layer – finely chopped onions and a mesh of mayonnaise.
STEP 7
4th layer – finely chopped chicken fillet, mayonnaise mesh. To make it easier to lay out the even edges of the layer, I substitute a board and lay it out first along the edge and then in the middle.
STEP 8
5th layer – grated egg yolks and mayonnaise mesh.
STEP 9
6th layer – chopped pickled mushrooms, mayonnaise mesh.
STEP 10
7th layer – grated cheese and mayonnaise.
STEP 11
8th layer – grated egg whites.
STEP 12
It’s your choice – you can leave the sides of the salad colorful or hide them. Use a spatula or knife to spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on the sides of the salad. Then seal the edges with the remaining egg white.
STEP 13
Decorate the salad. We place a beet rose in the center of the salad. First, we make a bud from small beet cuttings. Then we make rose petals from thin beetroot circles.
STEP 14
Then lay out the carrot strips.
STEP 15
And the leaves around the rose are made from parsley sprigs. Leave the salad for 1 hour to soak. Bon appetit!
