Salad Easter cake

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Boil chicken breast and potatoes. Peel the onions and carrots.
STEP 2

Cut the onion into cubes and fry in vegetable oil.
STEP 3

Add carrots grated on a coarse grater. Simmer everything for 2 minutes. Add boiled chicken breast cut into small pieces to the carrots. Salt and pepper.
STEP 4

Combine mayonnaise (30 g) and chopped garlic.
STEP 5

Cut the tomatoes into thin slices.
STEP 6

Boil the eggs and grate on a coarse grater.
STEP 7

Grate the cheese and boiled potatoes on a coarse grater and combine with mayonnaise and garlic.
STEP 8

Place the mold in the center of the plate (or you can use a 500 ml tin jar cut on both sides). Place the salad in the form in layers, greasing the layers with a thin layer of mayonnaise and constantly pressing the layers with a spoon. Sequence: layer with carrots, eggs, tomatoes, potato-cheese layer.
STEP 9

Carefully remove the form.
STEP 10

Place the remaining ingredients in a heap on top. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on all sides. Sprinkle the sides of the salad with breadcrumbs. Gently pour the remaining mayonnaise on top, imitating a cake top.
STEP 11

Garnish with chopped tomatoes, green onions, and pieces of cheese, imitating colored sprinkles on a cake. Lay out letters cut from tomato slices. Bon appetit!
