Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Prepare the ingredients. To prepare a chicken salad with pineapple, apple and celery we will need: chicken fillet, canned pineapples, a stalk of celery, sweet and sour juicy apples (Semerinka variety, Granny Smith), spices for chicken (optional), mayonnaise, vegetable oil for frying and salt.
STEP 2
Wash the chicken fillet, dry it and cut into cubes.
STEP 3
Salt and pepper the meat, sprinkle with curry and stir. I had ready-made chicken spices containing ground pepper, so I didn’t pepper the meat additionally.
STEP 4
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken fillet in it until cooked. Transfer the cooked chicken to a plate.
STEP 5
Remove the pineapples from the jar and shake off the syrup. Cut the fruit into cubes. Also cut the celery stalk into small thin cubes.
STEP 6
Wash the apple thoroughly, remove the stem and core, peel (optional) and cut into small cubes.
STEP 7
In a salad bowl, combine fried chicken fillet, canned pineapple, chopped apple and celery.
STEP 8
Season the salad with mayonnaise.
STEP 9
Mix everything well and serve. Bon appetit!
