STEP 1
How to make Thai chicken? Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
STEP 2
How to make a marinade for Thai chicken with vegetables? In a deep bowl, combine soy sauce, water, vegetable oil, honey and flour. You can use any vegetable oil, but it is preferable that it be odorless. If your honey is candied, then melt it in a water bath. Peel the garlic, pass through a press, add to the bowl. Next, add curry, ground black pepper, ground ginger (can be replaced with fresh).
STEP 3
Mix everything well until smooth. The sauce is ready.
STEP 4
Prepare the chicken fillet. Wash it in running water and dry with paper towels.
STEP 5
Cut the chicken fillet into lengthwise pieces. This is a traditional cut of Asian cuisine.
STEP 6
Place chicken in a bowl with marinade and stir.
STEP 7
Leave to marinate for 40 minutes.
STEP 8
Wash the bell pepper in running water, cut in half, remove the stem and core with seeds. Cut the pepper into cubes.
STEP 9
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Add bell pepper. Fry for about 7 minutes over medium heat until golden brown. Transfer the peppers to a plate.
STEP 10
Place chicken meat in a frying pan and, stirring, fry until golden brown.
STEP 11
Add bell pepper to the meat and pour in the sauce in which the chicken was marinated.
STEP 12
Simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes.
STEP 13
Our chicken in sweet and sour sauce with bell pepper is ready. When serving, you can sprinkle the finished dish with sesame seeds. Bon appetit!
