STEP 1

How to make carrot, egg and garlic salad? Prepare all the products indicated in the recipe. For the salad, you can use raw or boiled carrots, as you prefer. Reduce or increase the amount of garlic to taste.
STEP 2

Boil the eggs. To do this, place them in a saucepan, fill with cold water and place on the stove. After boiling, reduce the flame to moderate and cook the eggs for 9-12 minutes. Next, drain the boiling water, pour cold water over the eggs and leave for a few minutes. Next, change the warm water to cold again. This will allow the eggs to cool faster.
STEP 3

Peel the carrots and garlic, rinse and dry with paper towels. Take juicy, sweetish carrots for the salad; this will make the finished dish richer and brighter.
STEP 4

Grate the carrots using a coarse grater or a vegetable slicer for Korean salads. Place in a deep, comfortable plate.
STEP 5

Peel the eggs and cut into small cubes. Send the eggs to the carrots.
STEP 6

Pass the garlic through a press, garlic press, or chop it by hand as finely as possible. Add mayonnaise and garlic to the plate with carrots and eggs.
STEP 7

Rinse the greens and dry. Chop it as finely as possible. Parsley and dill are perfect for salad. If you have young green onions available, use those too. It will add a special note and taste. Season the salad with salt and pepper to taste.

Mix everything thoroughly and serve immediately!
