As a child, I watched with fascination how my grandmother and mother created real culinary masterpieces, filling the house with magical aromas. Behind every dish there was a story passed down from generation to generation. Growing up, I discovered the wonders of world cuisines - from the spice of Indian curries to the freshness of Mediterranean salads. With each recipe, I tried to show that anyone can cook, regardless of experience. My goal is to inspire people to create simple yet amazing dishes that bring families together around the table.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts at Tokyo Seishin Culinary Academy.
