So, I’m sharing the recipe: beat fresh curd (it will be better if it is loose, crumbly, and not “compacted” in a pack) with a mixer or passed through a meat grinder to obtain a homogeneous curd mass.

Add sugar, softened butter and lemon or orange zest for flavor. Beat well again.
STEP 4
While beating, gradually add the remaining ingredients, namely:

chicken eggs one at a time

vanilla sugar,

fresh milk and wheat flour mixed with baking powder, soda and salt.
STEP 8
Try to get a homogeneous dough for the curd cake.
STEP 9
Now let's take out the mold for our wonderful cake, grease it with oil and place the dough in it.
STEP 10
Preheat the oven to about 200 degrees and bake the cottage cheesecake for about an hour. Don't forget to place a baking tray or wide dish with water to prevent the cake from drying out. You can also add chopped apple or raisins to the curd cake if desired.
