Thank you for the recipe and many thanks to the creators for the perfectly organized site. My old notebook “for recording recipes” was compiled in a similar way, but over time it turned out that not everything in it is edible ((and what is written with a pen cannot be cut out with an ax)). “Not good” recipes were usually marked “do not eat” (only in a more rude form). Of course, these inscriptions do not decorate it, and its leaves are already quite tattered. In general, as of today, the notebook is retired, and I promise to share all the most successful recipes from it with you)).

First time baking without a bread machine! It turned out very tasty. I don’t have a mold for bread at home, I had to use a duck pan, it’s quite convenient, only its size is large, the bread turned out to be short, and the crust was hard. I think next time the baking time should be reduced by 10-15 minutes.

The first time I made rye bread according to this recipe, the loaf didn’t turn out high, I must have done something wrong. I urgently carried out “work on the mistakes”.
